Yes, and eventually after many handovers from one service person n to another I managed to get hold of the Agfarip 2000, which now works. Still I am very surprised how difficult it is to find this software which should be widely available if it is used by so many agfa printers (and cannot work without it)

sorry I can't be more help... our rip came with the printer and they installed it when they installed the printer. You should be able to use Onyx though.

Yes, i can use Onyx. Btw, another quick question: do you know why the printer will move with print speed in the non-printable areas? More concrete: attached is a file which we use to print 12 products at a time, 2 rows. Once it prints the first row, instead of moving faster to the next printable row, the roll moves still 1cm at a time, just like it does when printing.
