It appears that the conversations regarding 3641 is based on using latex.. I use Eco-sol. The vinyl is the problem.. Wrinkle and warping and head strikes. Actually some rolls are better than others. When finished printing, I roll the vinyl back onto the roll to help eliminate/reduce heat from the platen to shrink it.. Any other tips!! Been using it for 18+ years. But just sometimes it can be a real PIA!
