On the SG heads, there are rubber seals on top the print head on the white plastic part. I don't think you can change them, they seem to be molded into the plastic.
At least the SG, and VG/2/3 series roland have a firmware dip switch you can set to unlock service mode permanently without any special software. Not sure about the LEC2.
The easiest way to do that, is print out a color chart. Then use those colors in your design program. In VW you can go-to Media-> Color chart type 1. This will print a Roland color chart. Then you use that color library in your design program. Or you can even print out a basic CMYK chart. Then...
I don't use flexi anymore, but I remember having to try a lot of different vinyl profiles until I found one that looked good (it was some oracal profile that wasn't even the vinyl I was using), also had to enable the color correction option.
