Primarily the acrylic backer. I'm afraid that if I mount acrylic track directly to the wood , expansion/ contraction will effect mounting.

The customer wants it mounted on a wood background without a typical acrylic backer to mount the track to. Its kind of a rough saw cut wood sign. Currently they have track mounted to acrylic clear and then mounted to the wood but it turns hazy.

I know there is tons of acrylic changeable letter track made of clear acrylic. Does anyone know if there is any supplier who makes them from a metal? TIA.

I have not had luck with Flexi and there profiles, so I use Flexi to add marks, then send to Versaworks, then let Roland versaworks use their icc profiles. I Print with marks on a Roland and then cut with a Summa, but its the same process.

Ive been running what is now TruNas for artwork storage for 11 yrs and yes I had to swap out a few drives here and there, but with the correct redundancy set up in the drives, I plug and play another drive, and pick back up where I left off without issue.

As a work around, you can export them as a pdf in a file location then use Versaworks to open the file. If I use the Blue "Send to Versaworks" button in Flexi, sometimes I get corrupt files.
