what you can try in ps is define a pattern place your image select it then goto edit then define pattern then you open yur image an select your are you want to fill then apply fill then scroll down to see the pattern that you made. hope that helped
what program are you using if you are viewing the file just make sure it's at 100%. like in photoshop when you click on the mag glass it has options to fit to screen or actual size.

just use either high performance for long term graphics form oracal or arlon etc. and for the sponsor decals i would use just a regular vinyl if they are gong to change them up i did entire board graphics like 4 years ago and they are still on just some places are messed up from it getting...
don't you have your photo shop filters in flexi? i mean you could also just rastertize the text then use the tans. filter and the blur filter on it. our just like they said just use ps add drop shadow.
no seriously thou a girl/women in Cali invented them. you would just be better off drawing them your self. i did't with a thick sharpie then scanned it then vectored it.
