Yeah I just opened vision on my computer here and I checked it out and it appears the union one on vision pro 9 is exactly the same for me but it seems to be text size because I have Union one through 55
What do you mean an outline of a 3d letter? Are you doing ada signs? Is this for proofing purposes? I ask because I'm sure you know you can't engrave 3d with vision 9.
I removed adhesive off my aluminum beds all the time. Adhesive remover and a razor scraper works just fine. I change out my silicone mats twice a year for all 12 engravers
We do wholesale ada signage. If you're able to get us a physical copy it would be ideal to attempt to match, it does look to be printed, most likely thermoformed.
It's amazing they are even legally allowed to considering OUR tax dollars bailed both those companies out! Sickening. They couldn't produce a good enough product and yet we had to fork out the bill... How's
that for irony.
We've had that even with the primer so much so that I'll cut them on the CNC but before running the end mill to cit out I'll first run a v bit on them to give them ever so slight of a bevel on the back side. (We back print sign blanks we use for a.d.a projects.)
Oh we definitely do. When we bid and design they always get a bevel. When outside sign shops use us for wholesale signage they submit their design. We always warn them and cover our bases.
Yea we used to always do bevel but lately that's been changing it seems. Lots of hotels, universities, assisted living facilities we've done recently don't want one. Seems odd but they were insistant on not having one. Even some California jobs.
