The 365 is 10 years old the 135 is new. LED lamps and a lot of upgrades from the 365. I would get the 135 out of the 2. a slight speed hit, but nothing you'll notice if you're buying a printer in that price range.

try the rotary blade for the summa. otherwise, look at a fotoba XLD.

The only budget machines i would point someone to is the Summa F1612. or Colex SXC1717 And they're not so much budget, but anything less is chinese and probably not great.
