    Wanna race?
  2. Laser level

It's the DW089LG. The LG designation is for Laser Green, LR is for Laser Red. Green is far more visible than red. It has a locking pendulum for transport. If you want to shoot angles with it, you can, but once it gets past like 5°, it flashes to let you know it's out of level. But yes, you can...
  3. Laser level

I use mine just about every day. If you have any 12v DeWalt stuff, it runs for a ridiculously long time off the 12v batteries.
  4. Phenomenal....

Good filler if you have some downtime. This kid is ridiculous. Taj Farrant, ten years old, has been playing for less than three years. His own pieces are pretty great and he absolutely kills it on pieces by Santana, SRV, Johnson, Satriani, Moore, Vai (below) and others. Excited to see where this...
  5. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

Thanks! I used the 6.0ah battery in the smaller saw and the 9.0ah in the larger saw. Only used two bars on each battery.
  6. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

Yeah , it's crazy. Milwaukee has come out with a cordless line of "light construction equipment". Full size breaker hammer, core drill, sewer drum with powered treads for step-climbing, cut off saw, etc. The batteries are larger than cordless tools but they classify these as "equipment" not "tools".
  7. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

Dude, I told you that was a secret.
  8. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

I try to take pretty good care of my tools. They normally get cleaned after use. That being said, the 20v has only been used a few times. The last bad storm we had, I used it to help neighbors cut up a bunch of fallen limbs along with a bunch of our own. I've used it on 4"x4" posts. It's a...
  9. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

I had never heard of it.....wasnt sure if that was a Texan or southern thing. It was really good though. She said that's how her mom and grandmother used to make them.
  10. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

lol....she asked me what kind it was. I told her 'dead'. Question for you Texas natives.......have you ever had a tunafish and apple sandwich....??
  11. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

Stihls and Dolmar (now Makita) are my favorites. The 60v DeWalt will keep up with a mid-sized gas saw. It's not going to keep up with a Farm Boss though.
  12. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

It's the tallest tree in the country.
  13. I wonder what Moze is up to during the lock down

Mine's a 3-speed. The 20v is set up for 1st gear, the 60v for 2nd then both together for 3rd. Today, had to use it as intended though. Spent the day cutting up a neighbors tree that was around 80' tall that fell in my mother-in-laws yard.
  14. Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce

There are too many trades to list individually. That's why it was previously worded something along the lines of "residential and commercial construction and related trades required to complete the project". They're not going to list glass installers, millworkers, tile workers, sign installers...
  15. If you're on Verizon... you just got...

Harbor Freight announced a few days ago that they're donating their entire stock of N95 masks, face shields and nitrile gloves to hospitals. Thought that was cool of them.
  16. Well, they agree.. checks for everyone

Might have already been mentioned, but they said on the news that the checks are only for individuals making $75,000 or less or for families making $150,000 or less
  17. "Essential Critical Infrastructure" & "Critical Trades"

GameStop was arguing that they provide 'critical' supplies since they also sell computer accessories that people working from home may need - it wasn't because they provided entertainment. Yes, this law firm has a few hundred nameplates and room ID signs that are certainly not essential. And...
  18. "Essential Critical Infrastructure" & "Critical Trades"

Perhaps it's not. I'm not being argumentative. I started this thread to shake the bushes and get the exact kind of responses I'm getting. I want to hear the reasoning from others that aren't biased like I might be. In my original post, I tried to clearly lay out the guidelines and then why I...
  19. "Essential Critical Infrastructure" & "Critical Trades"

There are an awful lot of assumptions in your response. I have zero worries about being dumped by any of my customers and money is certainly not my primary concern. And you certainly don't know what I've "decided to do". Read back through my posts. As I just mentioned, I've postponed a number...
  20. "Essential Critical Infrastructure" & "Critical Trades"

To be clear, if there's a Shelter in Place issued, I don't think it's a good idea to go by paint and mulch for home projects. I was simply saying I could see how someone could (falsely) reason that what they're doing is ok.
