Could it be that you yellow ink is expired? Or have you stop using this printer for a while? A yellow which is too light is often a problem of settled pigments. Shake the cartridge gently and than print a few meters to print the ink which is in the tubes ... could help.

Maybe the knife holder is loose (does the bracket moves up and down)? Otherwise it looks like that you need a new head or a new head cable.

What media do you print? We had a similar issue with a customers printer, the media (a thin paper) slides between the lower rubber roller and the upper pinch rollers. could be that you need to clean the rubber rollers. Maybe decreasing the input roller tension in the profile settings would help...

Unfortunately I had sensor trouble with a Summa DC4 a few weeks ago ... in this case we suspect a mainboard damage. To check that, could you have a look if other sensors are working correctly? The media sensors are easy to check.
