    Yep, upgrading the ram and video card will definitely help. Some Eye Candy filters will also cause Flexi to lock or crash.

    Try this. After importing your design into Flexi select your .ai contour cut that doesn't work; then go to arrange>contour cut> make contour cut.

    I'm not very familiar with Omega but I believe it has a "shrink base" option that is used for underbase colors. That may help if it's not printing to the edge of the white primer.
