I would agree the tools are more than likely needed. However we used a normal heat gun and rollepro, but the job was only a temporary, 4 months outside. We also have one indoors that has been up over 6 months and looks great. Good luck!

Set up a password, and in the advance setting you can even list the mac addresses to be used, if theirs is not listed they can't connect.

I would also try moving the pinch roller over to the empty one, and the heat setting could be adjusted possibly as well. Actually I would definitely just get a couple of new ones, in case you have issues with a roller in the future, always cool to have a simple back up. Good luck!

The only way it may work with the flag, is to put a white glow around all the lettering to separate it from the flag, still probably is not going to look well, but may bring the lettering off better than now. Honestly I would talk my customer out of this, as it will be very difficult to read...
