For some reason my black is getting fish eyes. No other colors seem to do it. Is there a reason or anything I can do?

Is this something that should be done once and again, or is it good forever once its done once?

Answered my own question.... just incase anyone else gets this problem. to the far left there is a area called standby, where you can leave the extra roller.

Is there a way to keep the center pinch roller totally up on the Q100 models? It has a lever that raises it, but it still leaves a mark in my prints. If I move the left one out off the vinyl and use the center for my left, the machine still wants to cut out to the far roller.

Anyone know what is going on with it? I need to get it transfered into an eps for flexi Thanks!

Yes. Lock down the head onto the capping station and use your syringe on the waste lines.. if the ink pulls through then it may be something electrical.

Iv read my manual and tried to figure out how to use or set the ink split for my light cyan and light magenta, but just don't get it. Does anyone know how to do this? right now I have it set at the default.

Maybe to clear the question better I would ask, is there a way to keep the color correction set on, and keep the ink limits on?

Mostly head soaking and pulling ink through from the wast station. But do you think it will help clear them up to start printing some no-essential prints...? or will it not help clear those nozzles up?

I removed the screws, but it doesnt slide out, it needs to be pulled up, but when pulling up that shaft comes up also.

Does anyone know how to remove the pump on this without breaking that shaft that connects to it and runs the gears? Seams like theres no way to get the pump out without forcing that shaft up

I figured out why only the one head is printing. The pump is clogged on the side thats not printing

I heard if you try to push anything though the head they will be junk.

"Take them out use a sirynge run solvent and the air and leave them soak in solvent for 10 minutes and then run clean solvent and the air 2 more time and you'll see how the printhead will be a good to go...." Can you straighten that wording out? I heard your never supposed to push ANY air...
