I have done this on glass and granite and wood using a high tack transfer tape. But vinyl is a no no. on a side note cutting plexi in a laser is ok but lexan is like lighting off a yellow 4th of July smoke ball in your laser. don't ask me how I know that.:covereyes:

One more reason I like a good old fashioned phone call. Also I do not give any vendors permission to keep my credit card on file. yeah it is a bit of a PITA to have to give them the number each time but not as hard as fighting for charge backs and call tags.

I send corel files to the print shop that does our letterhead and bus. cards all of the time. they import them right into illustrator.

I print to Sihl Canvas I use the GPPM Photo matt paper setting. I am pretty sure I got that suggestion off of their website. try a sample it works good on my SP540 I

My Roland rep said that Roland programs the printers to do more frequent auto cleanings if it reads a cartridge tab that is not roland ink. hence you use more ink this way. Not sure if its true but wouldn't doubt it.
