Look to see if the Media is set to roll,sheet or take-up reel. I don't know your printer but on my falcon I had it where the printer would just keep advancing then seen it got switched to take-up reel

West you are right about the plug in- but how do you print from AI? I design in AI then print from flexi

Yes it does read the circles the arrows tell you how to feed it into the cutter. OP I think I tried something like that but I will look in to it more when I get home....

Okay I have a old falcon and a new roland 24gx when I try to cut on my roland after printing I need to turn the paper so the arrows are pointing up. Is there a way to stop the printer from making my marks print from left to right and make print them from top to bottom... I hope this makes sense...
