we are having an internal debate on this one and so far none of us are actually correct, we have all come up with something close but not right :banghead:... any help is appreciated
We recently just moved off of a main road through our town to just around a block down the road into more of an industrial area... We were really worried about the lack of visibility but since our new sign has been up outside we have had a ton of businesses in the industrial park come in that...
This is the first thing I'd check... Looks like roller lines to me... We get that on our Roland all the time, on our new jv130 I've adjusted the roller pressure to light on the center rollers and heavy on the outside edges where the printer won't print
First thing I thought of when this story started was where was his safety harness... If it broke I agree a lawyer someplace is licking their chops.
also agree, that would be my last day.
We outsourced our finishing on banners for years, we kept getting them back scratched, wrinkled and beat. We finally broke down and bought an industrial sewing maching and seam sealer... For mesh banners we hem the sides with webbing and do a double stitch. They seem to be holding up fine.
We had a guy hound me on the phone last week, needed a quote right that second on 100 screen printed signs. Had to have them on a 1 day turn around. Came in for deposit and layout, signs have been sitting in our lobby all week.... If we see final payment we will be surprised....
everyone is in...
What advice do you have to do this properly to avoid this? I have a van that we will be doing soon that is exactly like the one the OP is asking about and id like to avoid this happening.
Any advice is helpful :thumb:
Anyone have a link to a how to on securing the head on a vp540? Or is it in the owners manual someplace? We are moving in about a month and have our Roland and jv130 to move.
on more occasions than id care to count I've had to have in depth discussions with "designers" having to explain what bleed is....
Nothing surprises me any more
We have a 6' pole hanging from the roof with pullys and hoist them up into the air. Keeps them off my table and they are essentially "flat" all the time.... But that's just me.
