Of all the post on here of people talking about "Check the head fuse"...I cant get anyone to tell me where they are? Cant find it in a search...tried that, tried google, tried to call GEI, was on hold for 21min before I finally hung up...Very frustrating day...

Where is the head fuses on my falcon jr, I cant find anything in the manual about them....and dont see where they may be anywhere...

OK...after the cleaning cycle, the sponge on the color side of the capping station is still bone dry...maybe a clogged head?

38" Mutoh Falcon Jr....its still not pulling anything into the waste bottle...new capping station pads are DRY as a bone...any suggestions, im at my whits end! The black Damper is still empty, gonna try to prime it tomorrow...CMY have ink in them and look fine...I dunno whats up, really...

Very True that there is always a buyer! I started out in 2003 with a Lynx that I bought used then for 900 bucks. In Feb. of this year I sold that lynx for 500 bucks! worked find, I had just upgraded to a summa t-750 pro in early 05' so it had been sitting for 5 years!

I paid 2500 for mine used with a FC5100-75 with ARMS, the Falcon ended up needing a pump, capping station, and transmission gear, but I think I am still ok on it...well thats all I think it needs, have not had the extra cash around to buy the parts to make sure thats all it needs!

Anyone bought parts on ebay from "thegoodones" They have a good price on pump and capping station, but location says china....just curious about the parts, and how long shipping would take...

I did several cleaning cycles...nothing ever came though the lines, but I think that is because the gear broke out, but yeah CMYKparts.com has the capping stations for 174, and the pump for 98...this guy seems to know his stuff, anyone bought from him?
