I used to have a PC60, predecessor to the 600. Have you tried updating the driver (after saving to your hard drive when asked open or save) through Device manager in Control Panel? Also, does the PC600 appear as a printer in your list of printers? Yukon

You can set up Versaworks to check for updates automatically under <edit> tab - <preferences> - <roland@net> choose the checkbox "check for updates automatically" When it finds an update it will notify you and ask if you want to download it now or later... Just had an update today, current...

In Flexi, the cut path has to be a "contour cut". If it's not, highlite the line and choose "make contour cut" under Arrange > Contour cut > make contour cut. Then send to Versaworks. Hope this helps. Yukon
