We've had good luck just with the regular ones we have here, the brand is Foray. I don't think they're anything special, but they work. I haven't let it sit on the surface much longer than a few test runs, but I think some Windex would work to remove if it sat a bit too long. 210 gloss...

+1. You should definitely laminate it if you can. I use Oracal 3675 with the 290-F laminate. Never had a problem with it if it is installed correctly.

+1. Can you elaborate on what this will be used for? Are they going to roll it up and unroll it? Is it going to stay where it is until it needs replaced?

When the grommet perforates the material, try letting up and pulling on the material before clamping it all the way.
