Couple months..... It's Over 1 year difference.
Hes price is off over $32,143 by his own calculations and two people correct you guys and still get it wrong...
Boudica how many years since Jan 2020?
It's basically L800 inside. Small heads, maintenance cartridge (not separate roll) and yes it does have intermediate tanks.
The maintenance cartridge is apparently new as well in a way that you can empty the waste ink separate and keep using the main part longer.
Seems like the pins have some ink and are stuck pushed down.
I would turn off the machine and pull out the PCA. Proper clean it with alcohol on the table and let it dry.
Then try again and swap printheads to see if issue is with the slot or printhead.
The cleaning kit came with a black...
What kinda material is that? Is it deformed to different height on different spots?
When you load that, make sure you load in the middle, or so that the alignment bar measures correctly and doesn't sag on the other side.
You can get rid of all 4 using .oxf and listing the cutpaths correctly with the tools you want.

That debris is normal. Even new machines have it after a while, that new belt of yours will shed of some debris as well but it doesn't mean it's going out any time soon.
Their cost for the belt is approx $150. Dont quote me on that, might be a little more. But even you can purchase one for $200.
They messed up the reassembly.
If you went for an oil change and they forgot the drain plug loose, oil came out and you need a new turbo or whatever. Would you pay for...
Like I said before it's nothing like FB but really it's the successor of it as the low-mid range machine. R1/2 has good registration and I expect this to have the same. Automatic vacuum zones as well and real vacuum pump (3) while FB just had some fans.
I think this model is the one people were...
I think some of you guys are being a little too harsh. I know it's not the fit for you but there's still plenty of shops out there who don't need the capacity, would like just one machine and keep it simple. Maintenance is also almost non-existent compared to two separate UV/solvents.
But it's...
I don't think you completely understand how it works. PM is the RIP. Flexi is merely connecting to PM and forwarding everything to it.
PM will still RIP, process and print it. Flexi won't do anything without PM.
