Weeding reflective is just a bitch. Say no to the intricate stuff. Even nice big letters are a pain, as it tends to rip (even laminated) - so you have to go slow no matter what it is.

Never used white in our XR-640, tried it in the Epson S80600, that was a pain and underwhelming. Not that this helps the op, but when we got the agfa Annapurna it was a game changer and we use the white a lot now. No changing over, and it works great.

I don't like the placement of the star either. It's a capitol "I" - it doesn't get a dot. It shouldn't be running into the lettering, needs some spacing around it.

Your using onyx? If you select the cutter you want to use, Onyx should print the registration marks for that cutter. Are you not using cut server too? to the best of my knowledge, you can't print the cut file to PDF through onyx, but if you're using cut server than you wouldn't need to.
