nope. Well, we have had at least one occasion where a customer brought in his own colored vinyl and wanted to use our plotter. We let him, but that was a one-time thing. Normally he sends us a file and we would cut it. But if someone we didn't know just walked in and asked for that, the answer...

It would be nice to have a sewing machine. For banners that do need to be sewn, we send them out to a local place that has the capacity to do really long banners, we also have them finish our pole banners.

It doesn't look like Oracal 3640 has air release, so that might be why your getting bubbles. You could try wet applying it - you will want to use a big squeegie rather than the laminator.

18 oz double sided is different, we don't hem those either, especially when 2-sided, the fold over on the one side would look terrible.

Regular 13oz scrim banners. We hem them with banner tape and grommet every 24". Had a customer asking if we hemmed our banners - I say yes (who doesn't?!) and she told me that in the past they have gotten banners that were not hemmed at all just grommets. The banners looked cheap and unfinished...

Click on edit original, and it will open in Photoshop. It needs to be a linked asset though.

You can click on "embed image" then it will be permanently embedded. You can open the image through Illy, it won't be a link. You can copy paste and it won't be a link. If your linked image is just one of many elements, and the second two options I mentioned aren't ideal... then click on embed...

If you want to argue the rules, and use this forum for free advertising, you could get banned. I'm just pointing out that there are a lot of Merchant Members here who PAY to advertise/sell their services. You cant just jump in and expect free advertising, and not expect other members to call...
