    Thankyou for the offer, we have it working good test prints, we changed the fuses, checked all card cable connections and switched laptops, however the display is still showing the boxes, which makes accessing the menu settings impossible, yes we checked the card cable from the display to the board

    Once we put the board back nothing happened, there are a line of block bricks in the printer display and it won't connect to versa works, we can't even access the service menu

    All of this is beyond our knowledge, when we removed the board to solder a capacitor on, yes all power was off and unplugged, we use Versa Works 5.5

    We had hoped to do that, however paying for the tech to fly to Tasmania from mainland Australia, then his hotel for the night and the hourly rate was just too much, Tasmania isn't a great spot for any support

    We finally got the print head, an Australian supplier on ebay all was going well until we noticed a burnt capacitor on the main board, fix that however no one mentioned needing the peck3.exe so no printing for now
