Just tried a 45 degree blade - same settings - same method for blade depth. Worked great. Pressure increased from 330g to 455g and went great. Recommended.
We have 2 summa's a 160 and 140 both opos cam models using 60 degree cutting general formulations 220 - 6-mil. We are running into problems when we get the 90 degree angle rectangular or square die cut stickers.
I slowed down the speed to 18IPS and made sure to test my blade depth with masking...
Thanks for making sense of this - I was wondering what he meant by dual workflow.
I am looking at a used colex sxc1717 now - but wondering if it works on Flexi.

Yesterday I bought a used ST160 with...

Is there a...
It weird - If I cut this file on my roland - it cuts just fine. But upon further inspection its the file that is being sent. It has a million tiny cuts on the pull tab of the sticker.
My workflow has me using Flexi regrettably and I am trying to figure out how to send perfcuts with longer lengths. It seems that it is taking forever to get through an inch of material. We have a small kiss cut and a perf cut - the perf cut is where its going wrong. Any ideas???
