We print most every thing under 4-pass uni on the sentra settings , dibond seems to scatch easy, Gerber says ink useage is .25 cents per Sq Ft.. we found it to be .50 cents per Sq Ft.. do to 40 hr cleanings etc.,,Dont Buy the clining swabs from gerber @35.00 a bag... buy them stratight from...

I have a gerber 408 with a phase converter,7.5 hp router head ,10hp vac ,the boards are fine...but i can only get 17000 rpms...circuit board trips Needs to go to 24000 rpms (Gerber says to reset paramiters it did not work) Has any one had this problem?????:banghead:

ink Price???? We have had our new ion for 2 months now.. The inks are tougher than most any thing... the only thing i cant find out is per sq. ft ink price Gerber says 25 cents ????? any body know????

Has any one had ink drop out problems. Seems to be worse on large substrates panels (i have a flooded purple back ground with large text and shadows) large and small areas on the print works fine, thin i get 2-3 in areas end to end of print that shows ink drop out or back ground substrate...
