Just an update for anyone reading this, It ended up being a connection issue with some wires in the print head carriage. We had a tech come out to fix it and were back up and running
We have done all of the above except changing that print head.
That may be the solution but based off the fact that its a fairly new head and has no visible damages I don't want to do that just yet unless HP advises to. They aren't exactly cheap
