Check the cables everything seems ok. Strangely when printing I can see yellow spitting onto the pad. So not sure why this is happening

I get all colors when I pull through waste line. I get all from dampers. But when I print my yellow is missing. It’s missing in the nozzle check also. I’m baffled as to what is going on Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks. Nothing I can see. When I disconnect the wiper from the gears it slides perfectly to where it should go. So it seems something definitely related to the gearing

Possibly something to do with the gearing on the pump?

Strange issue. My wiper is only sliding out about half way to where it should be. It’s perfectly clean and un obstructed I can’t seem to figure out why. So during cleanings it’s only swiping about half of the print head. Any ideas on why it would be doing this ?

Is there such a thing as a double coupler type thing to extend the waste station tubes longer. Mine keep breaking shorter and shorter but for now I don’t want to open it up to replace them.

Just An update. Maybe it could help someone else in the future. It turns out it was a clogged drain tube. Had to massage it and work cleaning fluid through. All back to normal. Thanks.

Can I ask also. if the pump tubes are clogged how it could cause this

Strange. Now I have yellow backing into both magenta channels. Same thing if I run a clean it goes back to magenta. Nozzle check looks fine as except for the the contamination

I keep having something strange happen. One channel of my magenta keeps printing yellow. I do a power clean and it goes back to magenta just as it should. When it sits overnight the same thing happens. It’s always the same one. Thoughts?

My printer only shows the head in high height. Even when it’s in low. When I go to power it if it says change head height to low. So only way to power down is unplug. Anyone ever had this happen and figured out a quick fix? Mutoh valuejet 1204

Does anyone know the length of the long ribbon cable that runs along to top or a link to the right one ? It’s a 1204

Thanks. Last time I pulled the head cables out and put them back it it seemed to fix it. But why would shutting it down fix it this time ?? Is there a possible electric issue with the actual outlet. Maybe grounding or stray current ?

Unplugged machine for an hour. Powered back in. Did a nozzle check and it’s perfect again I’m puzzled!
