Thanks for the reply... we do that with our t-shirt printer and it works well. I was not thinking it was clogged up, but that would def be better then a print head not working. And it makes more sense then something happening to the head.....

Is there a way to change how often the machine does an automatic cleaning. It seames ti be doing it to often and I am going through alot of ink. also if i turn it off and then back on it will clean every time. is there a way to shut that funtion off?... thanks for the help

Hi all I have a huge job that is on a very tight time frame... I was printing along then all of a sudden out of the blue I lost power to my 1614... there is nothing.. it will not power back up at all... please ... any ideas???
