hi, I'm having the same cyan overlapping problem. I tried the adding to procedure, but my colr test strip still overlaps (right to left). Do I need to get into the service menu? Adjust screws? Thx.

Everything is firing OK. When I run a test manually on printer, I get all colors. However, WHen I try to print an image from the software (Wasatch), I 'm getting mostly magenta. Di I need to recalibrate/reboot?
