    Randya....Thanks! you solved the problem. dtdm....go into Production Manager and run a size compensation. It will print an 'L' shape that is supposed to be exactly 12" x 12". If it is off, a dialog box will allow you to input the difference and that solved my problem.

    4CP sucks....go with indexed color...it has to be converted to halftones anyway and that will still allow the colors to pop. The screen printer should have figured that out on his own based on the artwork.

    Your in a no-win situation........Am I reading correct that the other company got the job, or just provided a new picture? If they ultimately got the job, I would say the deposit is yours, but you can probably say goodbye to this customer. Like I said, no-win.

    Wow man, tough breaks, but don't give up! It looks like Roland is really going out of their way to make things right with your plotter, but after 3 machines and lost business......I don't know. Maybe you should look at a refund and going after a Summa or Graphtec instead. Good Luck!
