lol yeah it was a B that part took the longest...
but cant wait to try it with cast or even supercast .... i still got 3 other skis and 5 quads to wrap LOL for training porpuseds only LOL
yeah the skulls i had from a tattoo pack that i got.. and i thought it would look ok on the ski.
and Yes its mine. i dont want to try and wrap anything unless i try it out first. hints why i wraped my own ski first.

What Better Way To Learn On how to Wrap than do it on your Own stuff. LOL.
this is a 94 seadoo xp Printed with a Falcon Outdoor jr. on orajet 3651 with oraguard 210. I should of used a cast but this is all i had on hand lastnight.
I learned ALOT and i mean ALOT on how to use heat where to put...
the maintenance manual says its a Y axis isuse
also say to use the self-diagnostic.
i know when mine did this i powered it off and moved the head to the left and then put it back on the capping station , then turned it back on the error went away.
it deletes them when it gets done with the rip and print.
but i think i got this bad boy printing again....
8.1 sucks LOL i went to another sign shop and got a copy of 8.6 and loaded it up for testing yeah know lol. and BAM!!! it printed 2 panels so far. if it prints the rest of the job were...
well crap it started to print about 6"s and stoped again....any other ideas? i even took hafe of what i was print off to cut down on the memory but that didnt work...
well i been having issues with this printer so i read on here that some did a firmware update.
does anyone know where i can find what the current firmware is and where to get the latest firmware for the falcon outdoor jr

i havent tryed to unplug it yet but i have rebooted and turned both off for about 1 hr and tryed it again and it does the same thing.prints then stops...
and yes i was able to print 2 panels lastnight just fine. then when i went to do the 3rd it started and then stoped.. tryed it again today...
ok im going nuts here. we bought a falcon outdoor jr and flexisign pro 8.1 used. im trying to print my first wrap job with is over 84" long.
i bring my job in set it up what i want to rip and print via flexisign
box's pop up saying its ripping it. then the printer starts to print. then about...
i dont have this printer but i have had this same issue with my falcon outdoor jr. the micro switch on the plate where the tank goes was messed up. after playing with it i got mine to get the error message off.. just a thought
up until today i have been printing nice solid colors eps and such from customers. we today i wanted to do straight text via felxisign 8.1
when i printed it all the colors are faded and spotty/. what causes that?
and im printing it on orajet with the profiles and it prints just fine with the eps...
Does anyone know of anyone that i close to Keller Virginia that offers classes on wrapping?

ok wtf. after looking at where the chip is at on my oem or inks i got when i bought this printer. the new ink from fellers the chip is not in the right spot. ... we got the 440ml ink and not the 220. would that be the reason? but after doing a chip mod (taking a old chip off of my empty cart.)...
sorry for this dumb question. but i just got new inks and when i loaded the new ink in it said wash k so i did. after it did the cleaning it said k discharged. so i loaded the new ink in and now i get the wash screen again. how do i get it to i guess refill the lines?
