I had the same problem with my new JV-33, the platen was not level. Had the tech in a few times to adjust but it never worked. The crate the printer came in was damaged. It looked like the shipping company placed a crate on top of my printer. Fortunately the magenta nozzles weren't working...
I've also used the Pos-Pro on the HP L2550 using onyx and the profile listed above and it worked fine.
The LG Xing didn't work.
Decolite is a great product as well and cheaper than Pos-Pro if you want to try.
I've got a JV33 and one single magenta jet is not firing. I've done hard clean 3 times, I've also let the print head soak for 30 mins and wiped the head with solution using a foam swab. What else can I do to get this thing to work?

They're nice people, ask for Andrew. They will probably be at the Consac show at the international centre on the 23rd and 24th if...

Oops, sorry I just checked out your profile, not the same Spectracolor. Check out Edge Exhibits, well priced and quality is good. And they are in the US.
Looks like a transparency issue. Is that a photoshop logo? If so set you're rendering intents on your RIP to the same. I like absolute colormetric. If that doesn't work redraw the logo in illustrator.
Hope that helps. Good luck
