We have a Mutoh 1204 VJ printer in our high school that I'm in charge of. My question is in regards to colors. Why when a print a decal that is say 8" x 8" the red is really a good deep red and when I resize it to say 4" x 4" the red looks lighter and faded out? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm trying to import a .eps file from Illustrator. The .eps file has a chart from excel. When I try to import it into Flexi I get a message that all of the file cannot be imported. The chart does not import into flexi but everything else does. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having a problem printing on my 1204. It printed fine yesterday. I went to print today and it is not printing right. I can see bands and the colors are not right. The reds look like pink and the grey looks blue. I've attached a couple of photos that may help. Any help would be appreciated.

I just got in some new banner material and can't seem to find the proper ICC Profile for it. I purchased the banner material from Signwarehouse. It is PrismJet 3840 13 oz. Matte White Scrim Banner. Would anyone know where to get the proper profile for this type of material? Thanks
