has anyone managed to get a i1pro 2 working with versa 5.51? when I go to calibration if throws up the error 4087 and if I click mesure it throws up 4085/7 any advice would be most welcome as I was under the impression the i1 was backwards compatible (printer is sp300v) Thanks

What does the decimal numbers mean on a drop position correction? For example lets say we have a perfect line at 3.0 from the black triangle in the middle which is 0.0, I would input that as a 3.0 for patten 1 and then move on but what does it give me the option of 3.1,2,3,4 then 4.0? Also...

Hi Guys, Got a bit of a strange problem, one of the guys has done a discharge wash and then tried to do an ink fillup and CMY are pumping fine, but black is not pumping anything, all 8 dampers have been change and nothing on the black dampers at all. Any advice would be most welcome.

Does anyone see a problem running media at 640mm wide on this machine as the spec says 620mm, the 640mm would bring the media to almost the full width of the internal media feed hole and from the measurements be fine with the media clams being maximum left and right of the carriage width to hold...
