Yes i have a take up reel form a 1204

you say you changed the fuse, but did you test the fuse to make sure its good? if you keep changing the fuse and not test it, how do you know if the fuse is snapping when you start the printer?

I have 5 ink boards and 4 main boards but not sure if main boards will work they been out for awhile

possible they broke the head? those things are very delicate

I wouldnt think so, and if it was the printhead cables id think it would throw up a heat temp error, have you tried to do a ink charge? but then again its all colors and not just one. i thought if had every problem possible with the 1204 and 1304 but this is a new one without some kind of error...

all 3 of them? only other thing it can be would be the head cables, printhead or mother board, and the maintnance station is pulling ink thru it?

dont switch boards unless you have too, each time you handle a board you can take a change of damaging them, check the fuse on the board, 99 percent thats the cause,

i would just take that peice off and sand the problem down

I have 3 Mutoh 1204 printers that im not gonna be using anymore, so that means i have parts from them... and they will be going very cheap except the printhead, if you need something let me know.

I now when my 1204 did this, it was from my memory card going bad but wouldnt know about the 1324

Anyone else getting a error with flexi when trying to send a file to a mutoh 1628x printer?

Update: New sensor fixed that problem, now to overnight a new printhead and ill be running with this new machine

so i was removing the printhead and and ink got on the encoder sensor and didnt know it, so when i started her up i received the good old E068 err so did all the normal stuff you would do, still nothing, found out it blew one fuse on board and getting the nice 0000 reading. the sensor lits up...

Once you start doing stuff yourself on them you will hate and love them more,

When they do show up to work on your machine, watch him closely to learn how to do it, there will be a time where your gonna have to work on it yourself, and it never hurts to do that .

Need a new print head for my 1628x mutoh and was wondering where the best place to buy one from that does overnight shipping
