We are cutting out of Flexi. yes I have done the calibration. It worked on two 8' long cuts first and then two after that it wasn't working but I did another cut at the very end of the day that was not as long and it worked perfect so it is not an issue on every cut.

Does anyone have any experience with the FCX2000? We would mainly be using it to cut motocross graphics that are 21 mil. The vinyl we print on is 30" Wide so the 36" size would work perfect. That's why I was just asking to get an idea. Typically for what I do everyone just is able to install the signs themselves so it is nothing I have had to do other than small signs before.
