I don't disagree with that but we do a large amount of online orders weekly that are customized designs from our website so I feel like if we are doing some on one computer and some on another then it will be hard to keep track of everything and having to save from one computer to the next may...
thank you! I will try to get that figured out. I was thinking on using the iCloud but since I haven't been doing it that way the amount of files I need to transfer over is huge and seems like it is going to be a pain to do. I did notice the apple cloud can be a little slow between my two...
I am finally getting ready to hire help and had a question on the adobe license. I have been using personal and had it on my iMac and MacBook so the files would transfer between the two. Now that I need to add another computer and either needed to figure out the best way to do that so that I can...
thank you I will have to give that a try. Do I have to turn that on before I send the job to print or can I do that just when I send it to cut from Flexi?
We are cutting out of Flexi.
yes I have done the calibration. It worked on two 8' long cuts first and then two after that it wasn't working but I did another cut at the very end of the day that was not as long and it worked perfect so it is not an issue on every cut.
We have an S2 T series that we have been using for years with mainly no problems for the smaller cut jobs. For some reason I have a problem with jobs over 8' and it is hit or miss with being accurate. I did two 8' prints today and it cut perfect and then on the third it was off as soon as it...
I have a latex 335 that we just got up and going again after being down for a month or so. It was printing about 60' of banner material perfect and I just went to print some vinyl and it started out good and then the green started printing into a yellowish color. I did a printhead clean and did...
It looks like I have the 24.1 I did look through the settings but everything looked like it was needing to print first. Let me see if I can try to find that again.
This is probably the easiest thing to do and I have no idea why I am not getting it to work. I have been using flexi for years but apparently was printing and cutting the hard way. I just started importing directly to the production manager to print and contour cut from illustrator. My problem...
Does anyone have any experience with the FCX2000? We would mainly be using it to cut motocross graphics that are 21 mil. The vinyl we print on is 30" Wide so the 36" size would work perfect. I just wasn't sure if it was a decent cutter or if you are just better off going with something larger or...
I have an S2 that we use for all of our cutting and cut out of flexi. I all the sudden am having a problem when it reads the opos marks it will read from the front to the back perfect and then when it moves to the left side to read the back to front it seems to overshoot the back mark and takes...
That's why I was just asking to get an idea. Typically for what I do everyone just is able to install the signs themselves so it is nothing I have had to do other than small signs before.
Thanks everyone. I wasn't aware a permit was needed for just replacing the print on an existing sign and a sign on the side of a building. I will get with the customer and give them some options with this info.
I do a good amount of vehicles and some basic aluminum signs but typically we just do 4' X 8' sheets and the customers are just putting them in their own frame they already have. I have a job to install 2 4' X 8' signs up on an existing frame about 15' off the ground and remove an old 180" X 8'...
