Print quality and printheds I keep having a lot of these same problems and it is really getting frustrating. When the machine does pring goos it is fantastic but since I hooked it up a month ago it has been nothing but a headache and costing me money. Wish I had some answers for these...

It was the thing to do in its time. I think today there is a niche somewhere for it. Something a persoon would have to really enjoy to make it work. LED's are the big thing now I guess. I wouldn't get rid of that equipment either

Been looking into the VinylMaster Expert print, rip and cut software. Has anyone used it and if so what are your thoughts. I have downloaded a copy to use to see ehat its like and it seems decent to me. I just hate the new cloud buying system.

encoder strip Take a soft cloth and clean the encoder strip carefully and then try again. We had similar problems last week and when we cleaned it started working right.

Cloud I have been having my doubts about the cloud as well. Once you stop paying for the program use you have no access to your files from what I understand. If no one would sign up for these subscription programs they would go back to the purchase like it should be in the first place.

Admin issue worked for me as well
