Has anyone used the NIX color spectrometer, I have an XRite, but the NIX might be nice to take to the field to check colors. Any thoughts on this.

The service programs that are for sale on Ebay, are they legitimate Epson service programs? $20 seems awful cheap for that program if it a real program. Has anyone actually purchased the program and used it.

Why would you want to change the settings on the machine, You have to set up and test material on the machine. I have never used the software to change the settings.

when printing reflective vinyl, does the printed color area still reflect.. I have tried a few times and never get it to be really reflective where the ink layer is put down. Maybe I'm laying to much ink down, maybe a custom profile is needed.

Was the head in the parked position when the power outage happened. I had this happen to me and the head was not parked. Ink dried in the head and had to replace the heads. Power backup and surge protector on all machines now.

What banner tape does everyone use, I have been using Oracal since it is stocked by my local supplier, but that tape isn't that great, not real sticky, have had a few hems fail because of the tape.
