This printer is a JV150-130 and up until I noticed this always uses one cartridge at a time, when it is empty it moves to the secondary cartridge. In the pic you can see it is pulling black from both which could mean something has gone wrong. Has anyone seen their printer do this?

Just caught my Summa cutting a print twice. Every so often I catch it doing this, so I opened the file we ran and I am deleting the contour cut expecting to see a duplicate but nothing there. I even tried uncompounding, separating the contour cut, but there seems to be no duplicate cut...

Hi Guys, I have a jv150 for the last 2 or 3 years...upgraded from my jv130spll. In the older printer my heat settings were about 45 pre and 40 print...the new printer's profiles (from Flexi) had much higher heat settings and basically from about a week in I lowered them with good results...

I have never figured out why the same companies I send emails to always seem to go through phases where my emails get bounced back. I then have to go into a gmail account to resend the invoices and they do go through. Is there something wrong with sending from Outlook?
