Hoping someone knows what the hell is going on...Using a Roland Sol-Jet SC 540 Pro II with Versa Works software...loading a print with laminate and crop marks to cut around...get it loaded...start Auto Align on printer...printer registers first 2 crop marks with no issue and starts to feed back...
Anytime I have this issue with our Roland SC-540 (Versaworks) it is because the size of the graphic combined with the number of copies I select runs too wide on the page; not allowing enough room to print the crop marks. I will usually manually shuffle around the copies at one end or play around...

Yes it's on a surge protector...that is what I meant when it tripped the breaker; meaning the surge protector and computer that is also hooked up to surge protector. I will look into getting that tested and probably changed out then! Thanks for the input
