    Hello, I have a problem with fuzzy cyan shadows on my prints. I recently did a head alignment in service mode and my light cyan was blurry in my DT1 tests and gone in the DT3 tests. I did a regular print text and everything looks fine. I have done several cleanings. Any suggestions?:banghead...

    Hi All:) I have accidentally put my printer into ink fill mode so it wants me to pull out cartridges and put in cleaning cartridges ect.. Is there a way to bypass this process?
