    Agree with Bill.... this would be very expensive! Could you cnc route aluminum to make it look embossed? I would come up with a way to make a faux like embossed version. Or guide your client in a different direction.

    Pideas Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I also have troubles with the take up reel. At times it doesn't keep up with the roll of laminate. The only fix I can find is holding the take up reel with my hand to allow the laminate to catch up with the take up reel. Definitely not very...

    As soon as I saw this picture it reminded me of my laminator.. From the picture it looks like you have a Royal Sovereign laminator. I also have one. Did you figure out what was causing this?
