    Thanks for the reply. In Versaworks the perf cut settings are Perforation Length/Perforation Force and Half-Cut Length/Half-Cut force. Last one I ran through was using a perf length of 1" with a force of 170 gf and a half-cut length of .125 with a force of 1 gf. Maybe I should try reducing my...
