I have a customer asking to put coloured vinyl (shape of a circle with a dot) on synthetic ice panels.
Is it possible ? (see attached file)
a) in a way that the vinyl stays attached
b) and is not destroyed by skating on it ?
Check if the printhead is at the same height like the other printheads.
It can be possible that the printhead is not at the correct position. If so you can manually put them in the correct position (dont' know how to do on 460Gt)
TIP
A/I always put 3 horizontal lines (i use the lines on the front of the machine where the vnyl is on) on both sides with a pen before i start printing.
Afterwards when i put the vinyl back in the printer I make sure the lines match, so i am certain that the vinyl is in the same position as...
You have to check the printheads. Are they all on the same height ? It is possible when you clean the printheads that you have pushed the printhead upside.
When you have shadow it can mean that one printhead is not at the same level of the other printheads.

Is ther actually a cutting line viewable ? I always put marks (just a few pixels to print) outside the whole area where the machine has to cut. Otherwise (i suppose a software error) some areas are not always cut...
If you print "tiled" it is best to use the option "Place Alternated" so the intersection of both tiles are then printed on the same side of the machine (= same conditions on heat, etc...)
This might be a solution.
