Hello everyone.
We have a CNC router for the "face", but we need to make a bend on the sides for channel letters.
Perhaps someone will tell me - where in Vancouver can I order a bend on the sides for channel letters?
Thanks in advance :)
As I have realized for myself - the technical characteristics of the printer are not as important as the ability to quickly repair it.
I bet on one brand - thinking that after all it was a "native mass North American brand".
Zero.
Is this the case with support for everyone? For the time and...
Maybe there is a god in this world after all! :)
I need the whole unit with the drip sensor - it comes assembled with the drip sensor + motor + spring as I understand it.
Why don't you warn your customers when buying your equipment - that the delivery of a cheap spare part for the mass-produced and still-manufactured HP 700 W printer can take UP TO A MONTH? Considering that I am in Vancouver - not the wildest place on earth?
And then let the customers draw their...
Unfortunately, according to Murphy's Law, "everything goes from bad to worse". :) My printer broke 1 week ago - I still haven't had a service engineer and they can't even tell me when he will be at my site with a spare part. I don't feel happy about this :)
Last time the vinyl winder motor burned out. This time it says the drip sensor is not working.
Frankly speaking, I don't think that fixing a burned out motor is something I can do quickly and well. :) And the most important thing is that I won't break anything else in the process.
The only...
I've been working with Grimco for about a year. The idea of "extended warranty" is interesting, I'll find out more from them.
Various parts broke.
Last time - the vinyl feed motor.
This time - something with the drop sensor - already the second time...
By the way, there were problems with it...
Thanks for your reply and the link to the guys from Aldergrove.
I was not looking for a wholesaler, but for an unfortunate HP Latex 700w user like me, who has the same problems as me - the printer breaks down consistently and completely unexpectedly (although mine is relatively new and does not...
Hello everyone!
I have a very small "Home Based" business at 859 Huber Dr, Port Coquitlam, Canada - http://quartercheapersigns.ca/ .
I work on an HP Latex 700 W printer.
Unfortunately, from time to time (once every 3-6 months) the printer breaks down unpredictably - and then hell begins...
Hello everyone
Sorry for the stupid question - I'm thinking of buying a van with a lift - for mounting signs. It's something based on a Ford - 350 E.
What documents do I need to get to have the right to work on such a lift?
And if you have a lift, but no documents - what are the consequences? :)
Help is needed!
We cut stickers printed on HP Latex 700 W onto HP Latex 54 Cutter.
The size of the stickers is 8.5x5 inches.
We cut from the HP Flexi Print and Cut program.
The problem is that the first row of stickers is cut correctly, but from the second row, there is a shift in the cutting...
Many thanks to everyone who responded.
In a unique coincidence, my dealer sent a man the day I wrote this post and he managed to fix it in half an hour without changing the part.
Sorry, I didn't quite understand about backorder. I specifically bought the newest HP printer at that time - and...
And the local company says that it was HP who promised to send the sensor, and did not do it. And it is not known when it will be done. Who is right in this situation?
I am dealing with a local company of course.
But HP can influence its dealers somehow, can't it?
And in general, I want to understand - is it normal to change the sensor for a month or not? (I think - no).
And what can I do about it?
Can I switch to another local service provider?
Now...
I have an HP Latex 700 W. The warranty ended six months ago. Two weeks ago, the printer stopped initializing - drops detector sensor error. I informed my authorized HP service company from which I purchased the printer. They said they would order a new sensor. Still no sensor. To my questions...
