I opened the case with HP since these issues start happening whey they recently replace the lines and all.

There was an ink issue with a white lot of white ink was leaked they came and checked but the lines were good. they had no clue from where the ink was leaking.

I got it to work but had to go through my self with the help of people here on the forum. and the crazy part is Hp people don't have an idea about the updated Firmware. I like the way it prints and the turnaround time as compare to the previous machine I like it. just don't want this to go down...

I tried to update with the one they have online and did all the cache clear procedures as well as having their tech support on call. But as I send the print this error pops up rightaway. only when I send the print. If I restart the machine and don't send any printing no issue. even did the head...

That's not an issue but it's not letting me print anything at the moment. and the bad thing with me is I don't have any backup printer to run the jobs. :s
