Oh, well... The same way you would laminate any substrate. If you have ever worked with 2-sided roll adhesive. .. Apply the same process to your banner material.

So something removable, but can hold the weight of 18oz banner to a Window, with full surface coverage... But clear enough to see the graphic, "laminated" to scrim banner through the 2 sides of adhesive from the outside of the window. Is that what you're asking?

You could try another file type like a pdf, or flatten it in PS and save it as a tiff or high quality jpg. Could also have something to do with the profile... What quality are you printing at?
