no need to print the black. 3M 2080, Avery SW900, Oracal 970RA are all top of the line cast car wrap films that do not require lamination and are ready to go out of the box. Fellers sells them all by the yard.

I imagine most any of the flatbed cutters will work just fine. We have the summa 1812 and it works beautifully for most substrates. The latex inks are pretty durable and I'm not seeing any edge chipping at all, but I'm finding the very hard surface substrates like acrylic and ACM the ink does...

If speed is your primary concern, this is not the printer for you. I get 7ish boards an hour at 6 pass hot loading the same file. I also run lots and lots of vinyl off it, so UV is not an option for me. The color range and consistency is fantastic. The white ink system is effortless... takes 2-3...
