Hello, I bought a printer Oce Arizona and the seller provide two install CDs , but no license dongle. He said they used it without any usb license key. I cannot install the software. Also he said the key type is ONP and he told me the serial number. Are there some tips? What should I do?

Hello, I have an Audley 6090 uv printer with two DX5 printheads. 1. At nozzle test there is no ink, but on flush the ink flow. 2. The mainboard is getting hot after nozzle test. 3. UV lamps does not start at nozzle test, but they starts on power on the machine. Any help or technical manual?

Hello, I have another problem with my Agfa MW . Magenta color is leaking. I have multiple and big spots on the printing media. What should I check ? The negative pressure is around -0.36 and most of time the rest of colors are not dripping. Sometimes Cyan do the same.
