    I would have gone with the UCJV the Ricoh heads are better. The 100 if your doing white you can’t can’t switch from first surface to second surface. Brand new head Mimaki head no track record. Lower quality print. I’ve installed many UCJV and it’s a cool machine.

    The adjustment screws should no not be messed with. This is a 150 so a single head model. The slant and stagger adjustments will not apply to a 150 setup.The head will drop into place with 2 2mm screws. You would really need to preform the waveforms adjustments after installing the head though...

    Try running your print at a higher resolution 600x600 or 1200x1200. Make sure the carriage is at the lowest position.
