Hello everyone, hope all is well! Has anyone encountered this issue before? It seems to only be occurring on the right side of the material, closest to the maintenance station. I have ruled out it being bad media as it happens on vinyl, paper, and banner.

Thanks Jerry! It fixed the issue. May I ask how you found this fix and why the value must be 210? I tried getting support from AirMark and Summa for over a year but they both were a lost cause.

Hey everyone, I have an issue with my Summa. Every time it scans for an OPOS mark it lowers the scanner multiple times and gives me the error "Unable to lower OPOS". After I press the return button it scans normally and proceeds to the next mark. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks. Jon

Fixed the issue... Looks like the previous owners did a cap top pump replacement and accidentally swapped the cyan feed and drain tubes. Every time the pump did a drain, it pumped cyan ink back up into the cap top.

I have two Mutoh 1641sr and a latex. The Mutohs are one of the newer machines and I strongly recommend it as they produced beautiful and consistent colors. Im guessing you have a lot of substrates designed for your latex that might not work with solvent, that's one thing you might want to consider.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND I purchased STS inks for my HP l26500 Latex and it completely destroyed the print heads. I also bought non-oem ink for my DTG that happened to be rebranded STS inks (Asked the vendor for non STS and they lied). It didn't destroy the DTG print heads but the ink was so thin it...
